Flatwater Overland is all about vehicle dependent overland travel. Although the overland truck may be the most challenging 4x4 to build and equip right, it doesn't have to cost a small fortune, or be extreme. The vehicle is simply our backpack on wheels. There is no "best" or "perfect" overland capable vehicle- it all depends on your intended use. Although equipping your vehicle may be half the fun of overland adventures, don't let the vehicle or acquisition of gear ever be a reason you can't get out on your adventure!
